Quiet Rebel Consulting

Originally, Helen needed me to help her build a new sales funnel. Since then we’ve built multiple sales funnels for various temporary offers, done a podcast and migrated through various CRMs as her business needs have changed.

For each project, we’ve built a consistent professional business feel that draws her clients in and gives them confidence in her expertise, while also removing pointless busy work for Helen.

Megan came to me looking for a solution to her Wordpress site. It was outdated and untidy, needed a redesign and she had difficulty using the back end to update the content or blog. And she was rebranding her business with a new business name, logo and domain name. I recommended Squarespace for it’s ease of use, simpler design changes and built-in SSL (which was missing on her original site).

We kept a lot of the images from her previous website because there wasn’t anything wrong with them but she did have to write new copy for most of the pages. Through a collaborative design process, we found a template she liked and edited it to suit her business aesthetic, and I created a couple of simple graphics to enhance the copy, where needed. The overall result was a website she could be as proud of as the interior design work she does for her clients.

Gabrielle has a successful Maori healing (Romiromi) practice in Western Australia and also does co-reflective coaching sessions and courses on Maori healing. Together, we’ve sorted out several issues with her Wordpress website, including fixing issues with her Instagram plugin and the site favicon. We’re currently working on building a membership site to hold the online content of her Ako Torowhānui training course.

Acorn Network

Sam was struggling with high CRM costs and poor automation between systems. I recommended a solution to solve both problems and then took care of the migration. Sam is generally very technically competent, but her zone of genius is being a kick-ass leader in Australian aged care and she just needed a little expert advice. She’s been able to use the system without my help since, only calling with the really tricky questions.
